This notice explains what personal data Alama Report collects, why, and your rights. Contact: info@alamareport.com.
What we collect
- Subscribers: your email address, your chosen edition (English or French), the date you signed up and confirmed, and whether you open or click our emails.
- Pro members: your name, company, email, payment preference and billing details needed to invoice you.
- Correspondence: what you send us by email.
The website itself sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
- To send the newsletter you asked for (your consent, given by confirming your subscription).
- To provide and bill Pro membership (our contract with you).
- To understand which content is useful, using aggregate open and click rates.
Who processes it for us
- Brevo (France, EU) stores the subscriber list and sends our emails.
- Google Workspace handles our email correspondence.
- Cloudflare hosts this website.
- Payment providers process Pro payments; we do not store card numbers.
We do not sell or rent your data.
How long we keep it
We keep your subscription data while you are subscribed and for up to 12 months after you unsubscribe, so that we can honour the unsubscription. Billing records are kept as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to info@alamareport.com. In Senegal you may also complain to the Commission de Protection des Données Personnelles (CDP).
